Good day IS personnel. Why is it that the import wizard fails to complete when i have supplied the necessary look up tables needed by the Customer table prior to the import wizard. Why does it shows an error like this, "ClassCode can't be null", when i already have supplied values for the look up table CustomerClassTemplateDetail Table. I really can't figure it out why if i put a default "United States of America" on the Country column in the import template on the Customer Import Wizard, it successfully imports, but if i populate the SystemCountry, SystemPostalCode and CustomerClassTemplateDetail prior the import, it fails to do so,...

It must be a bug on the IS side, could you people check it please?

It is possible that the database encountered a referential integrity error. Anyway I will forward this matter to support so you can get more feedback. You may also send these type of question to them via email at support@interprisesolutions.com

What is the Customer's country you are importing? If you could send the sample excel file you're trying to import at support@interprisesolutions.com , it would really help. Thanks
