Hi,
Whenever a customer signs up via the createaccount.aspx page, they are not saved into the active users in the IS software but in the "ship to details" section instead....
Does anyone know why this happens and if it's possible to have them automatically saved into the active customers instead?

Aaron,
When a person sign up in the website it will create an account as "Propect" since they don't place yet an order. Once the customer will create an order it will automatically converted into "active customer". thanks and please let us know how can we assist you further.
