Is there any documentation, and if not, can someone describe how to utilize the built in help documentation in Interprise via a plugin? For example, I would like to be able to use the Help Button off of a form container to launch the help documentation form (that launches in other Interprise tools) that would then contain content that I have written that explains how to use the plugin.

Also, if the above is possible, what would need to be done in the plugin to get the help documetation content included in the plugin deployment?

Is there any other channel besides the forums that we as developers can use to get answers to questions like the one above? Maybe an email address we can send to or a phone number we can call. It is difficult to develop complemetary solutions for the Interprise framework when we don't know how long it will take to get any sort of response on an issue that we encounter. It is especially difficult when requests we make via this channel go for long periods of time without any response at all. Even a response stating that this will be researched or aknowledgement that it has been read would help us as developers plan our dev cycles better.

The help button is not customizable in the respect your are pertaining to. On the other hand, we are still determining the right path on how to take this functionality to the next level whereby customization is allowed.

For your other queries you may also send them to support@interprisesolutions.com.
